How it Works
Designed to sit neatly on a reception desk, on arrival each visitor writes their details onto the visitor pass slip, it's a clever one-write system so everything transfers automatically onto the fire register underneath.  All the receptionist needs to do is insert it into a visitor pass holder.  The pass is then worn by the visitor as secure identification.  Before leaving to keep the fire register up to date the visitor must sign out and hand the pass back.

I’m ordering personalised passes when do I give you my text / logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. Alternatively you can email it with your order number to sales@visitorbooksandpasses.co.uk

Will I get an artwork proof of my personalised visitor pass before you print my order?

Yes we offer a FREE artwork service and always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Yes, we are unable to send personalised passes but can post you a generic pass and any accessories you need to check.

Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?

Delivery Time

All Accessories and Non-Personalised Passes: Order before 12 noon for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

Personalised Passes: Please allow 3 weeks from proof approval.  If you need them faster then please contact us after ordering and we will endeavour to help.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Returns
