Ordering your staff ID passes - Process made easy

  1. Download the below ID card ordering guide and data sheet. 
  2. Populate the data sheet and send to us with a layout of how you would like the card to look. This can be uploaded at the checkout or emailed with your order number to idcards@theedgesystems.co.uk.
  3. We will review your requirement and may contact you before our artwork team set about designing a great looking card.
  4. Prior to printing a pdf proof will be emailed to you to approve or amend.
  5. Upon approval your order will progress into our secure card printing bureau where the design and your data will be printed professionally onto top quality plastic cards before being posted out to you using a signed for carrier service.

I’m ordering personalised passes when do I give you my text / logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. Alternatively you can email it with your order number to sales@visitorbooksandpasses.co.uk

Will I get an artwork proof of my personalised visitor pass before you print my order?

Yes we offer a FREE artwork service and always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Yes, we are unable to send personalised passes but can post you a generic pass and any accessories you need to check.

Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?

Do you offer credit to Government bodies?

Yes Councils, Colleges, Universities, Schools etc. all receive a credit account. Please contact us on 02920 708702 to place your order if this is what you require.

Delivery Time

All Accessories and Non-Personalised Passes: Order before 12 noon for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

Personalised Passes: Please allow 3 weeks from proof approval.  If you need them faster then please contact us after ordering and we will endeavour to help.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £7.50

All orders are posted using a secure trackable signed for courier service.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Returns

If you're not happy with the items purchased you have 14 days to return them to us for a full credit of the goods, provided they are in a resaleable condition. Please return to: The Edge Systems Limited, Windsor Place, Penarth, Cardiff, CF64 1JL.
