The package comes supplied with the upgraded Easybadge Professional printing software.  Easybadge was developed to increase the speed and ease of plastic card printing, it's the only card printing software that combines with an App to enable the easy collection of data on the move. This means that lugging a camera and laptop around becomes a thing of the past. The App allows you to capture photos and data then sync with the main database.

Easybadge can be downloaded onto a PC and all andriod devices. It is not currently compatible with a Mac but the App can be downloaded onto an iPhone (not an iPad). So why not download the App from the App Store today and trial it for free!

I’m ordering personalised passes when do I give you my text / logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. Alternatively you can email it with your order number to sales@visitorbooksandpasses.co.uk

Will I get an artwork proof of my personalised visitor pass before you print my order?

Yes we offer a FREE artwork service and always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Yes, we are unable to send personalised passes but can post you a generic pass and any accessories you need to check.

Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?

Do you offer credit to Government bodies?

Yes Councils, Colleges, Universities, Schools etc. all receive a credit account. Please contact us on 02920 708702 to place your order if this is what you require.

Delivery Time

All Accessories and Non-Personalised Passes: Order before 12 noon for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

Personalised Passes: Please allow 3 weeks from proof approval.  If you need them faster then please contact us after ordering and we will endeavour to help.

Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £7.50

All orders are posted using a secure trackable signed for courier service.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Returns
